Bro, all hanky panky in Taipei are hidden until Mr Ma legalizes an area in Taipei juz like our GL (had been talking for quite some time liao). You just need to find agents who can lead you to such places in Taipei. To find them, just google and you will need to know how to read chinese. =) Most of the time, you need to be verified thru email before they will give their HP numbers.
