Its not about got money or don't have money, I have money to throw around all day long but as someone offers quite high payment for a girl like that other prices will go up too, its about economical value of services, for example the russian girls in kl who are under agent all charges nearly the same amount as compared to Russian girls in pubs/bars. And if lets say you were to go around paying "less valued" girls similar amounts that would just cause an increase in price all around, because the Russians will see that the local girls are being paid the same amount as they and would demand more.
