OKT will get a driver to bring girl to lobby and ring you again, you will be asked to pay the OKT upfront and you will need to bring her pass the hotel security (seems like most 5* hotel like this now). Lady will be dressed like she is going out for a dinner with her boyfriend and if you are old enough to be her father, your business colleagues will be talking. She will be discreet and walk a bit further away if needed.
Conversation will be minimal if you only speak English. Do what 2 consenting adults do and she will leave after 90 mins when the OKT calls her again. Tip her if you think she did a good job. We are all human and have up and downs, hence YMMW.
