Near the pasar that is close to the reclaimed sea - river there seems to be a few working ladies hanging around.

I see them during the day but mostly at night.

I am told near the waterfront seafood area is another place (not far from Imperial), but having been there I did not notice anything.

There definately is a lot of action there, most are from Indonesia Pontianak. Typical price RM$250 - RM$300 for overnight.

Since I do not frequent the place and the ladies use working names that change, hard to really give a fair assessment.

Is it true that some the "beauty salon, barber..." type are fake and offer extra?

I am NOT from East Malaysia, neither do I stay there.
