IPOH: Bagaikan senario di negara jiran, sebuah pusat pelacuran di bandar raya ini licik mempelbagaikan taktik memerangkap lelaki miang supaya melanggan gadis seksi untuk dijadikan teman tidur dengan menawarkan pakej terbaru ‘wayang akuarium’.


Menerusi pakej itu, pelanggan berpeluang berehat sambil menonton filem terbaru Hollywood atau memilih video lucah di ruang pawagam mini sebelum dibawa ke depan dua bilik kaca seperti akuarium untuk memilih puluhan pelacur berpakaian seksi yang berkumpul di dalamnya.

Rahsia pusat pelacuran itu terbongkar selepas wartawan Metro Ahad berjaya memasuki premis terbabit untuk melakukan penyiasatan, baru-baru ini. Siasatan mendapati premis terbabit sebenarnya dikawal rapi oleh beberapa bapa ayam. Bagi mengaburi pihak berkuasa, pusat pelacuran itu tidak memaparkan papan tanda dan tidak berselindung di sebalik nama pusat refleksologi atau spa seperti kebanyakan premis pelacuran lain, sebaliknya bahagian depan seolah-olah lot kedai kosong.



Berdasarkan pemerhatian, pusat pelacuran itu membina sekurang-kurangnya tiga pintu sebelum ke bilik akuarium yang menempatkan gadis seksi, dipercayai sebagai langkah berjaga-jaga dan menyelamatkan diri jika diserbu pihak berkuasa.

Selain itu, premis terbabit tidak kisah berbelanja besar untuk menawarkan perkhidmatan unik bagi memperoleh keuntungan dalam tempoh singkat, selain mengatasi saingan sengit beberapa premis sama berdekatan.

Sekali pandang, premis terbabit yang dilengkapi dengan jeriji besi di pintu depan hanya kelihatan seperti sebuah pusat permainan video. Begitupun, apabila melangkah ke dalam, wartawan mendapati premis itu dibahagikan kepada beberapa bahagian.

Di ruang depan, hanya ada satu meja pool atau billiard selain kaunter kononnya ia adalah pusat permainan pool. Kemudian, wartawan dibawa masuk melalui satu lagi pintu menuju ke bilik menunggu sebelum menanti giliran untuk dibawa ke bilik ‘akuarium’ terbabit.

Di bilik menunggu itu, wartawan seakan-akan berada dalam sebuah pawagam mini apabila ia dilengkapi sistem projektor dan skrin layar bersaiz gergasi yang memaparkan filem terbaru Hollywood.

Tidak cukup dengan itu, dua televisyen bersaiz 32 inci yang diletakkan di sisi skrin gergasi berkenaan menayangkan filem lucah secara terang-terangan kepada pelanggan.

Hampir lima minit berada dalam pawagam mini itu, wartawan dibawa masuk ke sebuah bilik gelap melalui satu lagi pintu di belakang bilik menunggu untuk ke bilik kaca.

Mengejutkan sebaik langsir di kiri kanan bilik gelap dibuka bapa ayam itu, hampir 20 pelacur berpakaian seksi berada di dalam dua bilik kaca sambil duduk menanti pelanggan.

Difahamkan, pelacur warga Vietnam, Filipina dan Thailand ini boleh dilanggan pada harga RM90 selama setengah jam, manakala pelacur warga China RM150 tetapi hanya untuk pelanggan berbangsa Cina.

Bayaran itu tampak murah tetapi sebenarnya lebih kurang sama dengan premis pelacuran lain di bandar raya besar seluruh negara yang menawarkan RM200 hingga RM250 untuk perkhidmatan sejam.

Bagi meneruskan penyiasatan, wartawan membuat keputusan memilih seorang gadis warga Vietnam sebelum dibawa ke sebuah bilik yang dilengkapi tandas dan tilam.

Di dalam bilik itu turut diletakkan sebuah televisyen kecil bersaiz 21 inci di sisi tilam yang turut menayangkan filem lucah bertujuan menaikkan nafsu pelanggan.

Ketika berada dalam bilik berkenaan, pelacur Vietnam yang ingin dikenali sebagai Lu Ying menjelaskan, dia menjadi pelacur di negara ini hampir setahun. Walaupun tidak fasih berbahasa Melayu, Lu Ying boleh berbahasa Inggeris.

Menurut Lu Ying, tempat berkenaan jarang diserbu kerana tidak ramai yang tahu ia pusat pelacuran.

Hampir 15 minit berada dalam bilik berkenaan, wartawan yang mula mual dengan tayangan filem lucah dan godaan Lu Ying akhirnya meninggalkan bilik dengan pelbagai alasan tanpa melakukan apa-apa.

Bagaimanapun, sebelum meninggalkan bilik, Lu Ying memberitahu dia boleh dibawa keluar dengan bayaran RM400 untuk satu malam. Dia juga sanggup melakukan apa saja jika diberi pil khayal.

Jelik dengan sikap tidak tahu malu itu selain khuatir sesi penyiasatan disedari bapa ayam, wartawan segera meninggalkan tempat berkenaan.

Begitupun, ketika melangkah keluar daripada premis terbabit, wartawan sempat meninjau keadaan sekeliling yang tidak ubah seperti Hatyai mini di Thailand.
Secara kasar, wartawan mendapati hampir enam premis berdekatan menawarkan khidmat seks. Begitupun, kebanyakannya menggunakan model operandi biasa.

‘Fishy’ vice dens get customers into the mood with porn films

THE facade looks like any other ordinary shoplot, with door grilles and no signboard. It can pass off as just another video arcade.

Should one enter it, he would come to a lounge that serves as a mini-cinema where Hollywood movies are shown on a big screen, with two smaller screens that project hardcore pornographic films.

After being sufficiently “stimulated”, the visitors will be led to an area called “Aquariums” where exotic women sit in glass cubicles.

They are then persuaded to choose a girl they fancy and have sex with her for between RM90 and RM150 a session.

This takes place smack-dab in the heart of Ipoh, reported Metro Ahad.

There are apparently six such joints in the city, one of which was raided by the police early on Saturday.

Two women, one from China and the other from Thailand, as well as two local men, believed to be pimps, were picked up in the 2am raid.

Clients are picked at random by the pimps who loiter at the parking lots and approach those who park outside their premises.

Reporters from the tabloid went to one such “cinema” and saw about 20 women in the two-way “aquariums”.

Some were from Vietnam, the Philippines, Thailand and the others, from China.

The reporters claimed that the women from China, meant only for Chinese-speaking clients, were available at a rate of RM150 for a half-hour sex session while the others were available for RM90.

One reporter, after choosing a Vietnamese woman, followed her into a room with an attached bathroom. Apparently, for RM400, he could have her for the entire night.

Commenting on the raid, Ipoh police chief Asst Comm Sum Cheng Keong said they would continue to be on alert for such vice dens with the assistance of the local authorities.
