Go to Level 15, take off your shoe at the entrance and they will give u a locker key. You bring this to the lockers where you change into your birthday suit and keep your stuff. Proceed to the sauna area where u can shower in public and soak in the hot / cold pool etc. as long as you want.
Once happy, put on shorts and the yukata and proceed to the "dining area", there is finger food there and drinks and a mamasan will ask you if you want the package.

Sign for a 24 hour sauna, with large ground floor entrance. Walk down to the basement and get a number. Same as Caesar, get a number, strip - stuff in locker - bathe - steam / hot bath - snack and a mamasan will ask if you want massage.

Also, Taiwan WG works in 45 or 50 min block. Never 1 hour. 3k for 2 hours is confirm too good to be true, unless she is above age 45.

Zhongli is quite famous for cheaper alternative since Taipei is quite exp. I even got a okt contact who offers korean and Jap to be sent to your hotel in Zhongli.

The clubbing scene there call "search night club" also not bad. Abit like Lava, but more localized as all are taiwanese. Lava, you can still see some tourists there. The drink there also free flow, but sux big time though.

However, the nearest place for geylang type of service is at SanChong. I had never explored there myself as I heard those stables are controlled by black triad. They offer fark and go service just like what you mentioned in Zhongli.
